Your player balance remains safe and secure, and you may withdraw your funds at any time.

If you have open sports bets on events that hadn’t started at the time of the closure, then they would have been affected as follows:

• Open single bets were voided, and stakes were returned.
• Open multiple bets:
  • where an official result for a selection was not known, the selection was voided; and
  • where an official result for a selection was known, the selection was settled as per the official result. Any winnings were paid out based on the revised odds of the settled selections only.
