Instant eChecks: Returned deposits and immediate access to funds

When an eChecks (or INSTADEBiT) deposit is returned:

  • The amount will be automatically debited from your account balance.
  • If you don't have enough funds to cover the amount, your account balance will be overdrawn.
  • Subsequent deposits via these methods will remain uncleared (unavailable) for 7 calendar days.
  • You will only be able to play, withdraw or transfer funds from your available balance, which refers to any portion above the combined total of your uncleared (eChecks and INSTADEBiT) deposits.

To check when your eChecks deposits will be credited, select the 'Amount not cleared for withdrawal' link shown in the Cashier.

In order to repay a negative balance, you have 2 options:

  • Make a new deposit with any of the methods available in the Cashier, including eChecks and INSTADEBIT.
  • Receive a player-to-player transfer.

In order to have your immediate access to deposits privilege reinstated, the following requirements must be met:

  • Negative balance repaid.
  • At least 3 new fully cleared eChecks deposits for a total that is equal or higher to the amount of all returns combined. For example:
    • 2 returns for $50 each and 3 new deposits for $25 ($100 > $75): NO
    • 2 returns for $50 each and 3 new deposits for $40 ($100 < $120): YES
  • No more eChecks (or INSTADEBiT) returns.
