How do I deposit funds in my user account?
As soon as you have funds in your Skrill account, log in to your PokerStars account and:
- Go to our 'Cashier'. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:
- Hit 'Deposit' and choose 'Skrill' or 'Skrill 1-Tap'.
- Pick the currency and the amount you want to deposit.
- Enter the email address that you registered on Skrill.
- Enter your password and touring number from Skrill. Then choose your payment method and press 'Confirm'.
- If you've already made a deposit using Skrill 1-Tap, you may be able to skip steps 4 and 5.
- Once you have received the payment confirmation, press 'Confirm'. Then select 'Return to Merchant' and 'Close Window'.
- You'll get a confirmation with the status of your transaction.
If you don't complete your transaction within 10 minutes, the funds will be returned to your Skrill account. In this case, you'll need to start the deposit process again. Simply follow the same steps.
I tried to deposit but I couldn't. Why?
If you can't deposit, it may be because:
- Your Skrill account wasn't created successfully or it doesn't have available funds.
- You didn't select the option 'I will use the money deposited for gaming purposes' when adding funds to your Skrill account.
- Your card wasn't accepted by Skrill.
- The Skrill email address entered is incorrect.
- The Skrill password and security number entered are incorrect.
- Your outgoing transaction limit at Skrill has been reached or is insufficient.
If the Skrill webpage fails to open while trying to complete your deposit:
- Check that you have installed the latest version of your web browser.
- Check that your computer is correctly associating HTML files with a web browser.
- Run a spyware remover, such as Adaware, to make sure you don't have any adware stopping the web page from opening.
If the problem persists, contact Skrill directly.
