Depositing and withdrawing using ecoPayz

What is ecoPayz?

ecoPayz is a prepaid online account that allows you to make online payments. You can use ecoPayz for both deposits and withdrawals.

Creating an ecoPayz account is a very simple and quick process. You only need to register a few personal details such as email, name, and address. Then you’ll need to enter your financial information to fund your ecoPayz account. You can do this using a bank account, prepaid, credit, or debit card, a variety of prepaid vouchers and a few other payment methods depending on the region you are.

Once you fill in those details, you’ll need to verify the ecoPayz account with an activation code you'll receive by email.

How do I deposit with ecoPayz?

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Cashier. If you're using our website or our mobile app:

  2. Under the 'Deposit' tab, select 'More Payment Methods' to see all available options.
  3. Select 'ecoPayz'.
  4. Pick one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  5. Select the green arrow button.
  6. Enter your deposit bonus code (if available).
  7. Press the 'Deposit' button.
  8. Select the green arrow to be redirected to the ecoPayz website.
  9. Log in to your ecoPayz account to complete your payment.

As soon as the transaction is approved, the funds are credited immediately.

How do I withdraw using ecoPayz?

To withdraw funds to your ecoPayz account, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:
    Press here
  2. Select the ‘Withdraw’ tab.
  3. You’ll see your available balance. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and hit the green arrow.
  4. In the next screen, you'll see:
    • Any pending automatic withdrawals you may have and the respective methods.
    • The methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  5. If you don’t have any pending automatic withdrawals, or if there's a remaining amount, select ecoPayz from the available options.
  6. Select the green arrow to confirm.
  7. If you used ecoPayz in the past 12 months, your account details will be prepopulated. If not, enter your ecoPayz details and submit your request.

From the moment you submit your withdrawal request, it can take up to 72 hours for us to process it. Once the request is approved, the funds will be credited to your ecoPayz account immediately.

Why can't I deposit?

Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed ecoPayz deposit:

  • The information entered was incorrect. Double-check your information and try again.
  • You haven’t created an ecoPayz account yet. Confirm that your account was created successfully and that it is active.
  • Insufficient funds in your ecoPayz account. Make sure there are enough funds to cover the transaction.
  • The transaction wasn’t completed in time. Do not close the browser window until the transaction is completed.
  • Temporary connection problems. Wait a few hours and try again.

If the issue persists, we recommend using any of the alternative methods available in your Cashier.
