Using INSTADEBIT to deposit and withdraw

INSTADEBIT wallet is an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) that allows online payments directly from your bank account via electronic check (echeck). INSTADEBIT deposits are processed as electronic checks, so you don't need to use any paper checks.

If your INSTADEBIT account has sufficient funds, the amount is moved directly to your user account. If not, the entire deposit amount will be transferred from your bank account to your INSTADEBIT wallet first and then to your account with us automatically.

Signing up is free, and you can start transferring funds instantly. To sign up with INSTADEBIT, just visit the their website.

We don't charge any fees; however, INSTADEBIT will charge a small fee directly to your bank account for transferring funds:

  • From your bank account to a merchant: 1.00 CAD
  • From your INSTADEBIT account to your bank account: 2.00 CAD


  • Even though INSTADEBIT deposits are immediately credited to your user account, it can take up to 7 days for the funds to be withdrawn from your bank account.
  • Keep sufficient funds in your bank account until the debit occurs.
  • During this period, your INSTADEBIT deposits will remain as 'uncleared' in our system. This means you can use the funds to play only, but you may not withdraw or transfer those funds.
  • Any portion of your balance above the total of your 'uncleared' deposits may be used normally, including withdrawals and transfers.
  • If a deposit is returned unpaid by your bank, we'll put your INSTADEBIT account on hold, and any future INSTADEBIT and eCheck deposits will remain unavailable, even for play, for 7 days.
How do I deposit with INSTADEBIT?

To deposit with INSTADEBIT, follow these steps:

  1. First, log in to your account and go to the Cashier. If you're using our website or our mobile app:

  2. Choose the 'Deposit' tab.
  3. Select the 'INSTADEBIT' option.
  4. Insert or choose the amount you want to deposit and hit the green arrow to continue.
  5. You'll be redirected to the INSTADEBIT website.
  6. Log in to your INSTADEBIT account and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your payment.

The funds should be credited to your account balance immediately.

Keep in mind you must be physically located in Canada to make an INSTADEBIT deposit.

Does INSTADEBIT have any deposit limits?

There are two types of deposit limits that INSTADEBIT applies and those will depend if it's your first deposit or not. Also, deposit limits imposed by INSTADEBIT overcome our own limits.

Does INSTADEBIT have any deposit limits?
  • Minimum deposit: US $10
  • Maximum deposit amount in 24 hours: US $100
  • Maximum deposit amount in 7 days: US $200
  • Maximum deposit amount in 30 days: US $600
  • Maximum amount of INSTADEBIT deposits per 48 hours: 1

Once a transaction has successfully cleared, your INSTADEBIT deposit limits will automatically increase to:

  • Minimum deposit: US $10
  • Maximum deposit amount in 24 hours: US $640
  • Maximum deposit amount in 7 days: US $1,500
  • Maximum deposit amount in 30 days: US $2,000
  • Maximum amount of INSTADEBIT deposits per 24 hours: 4

There are also INSTADEBIT tier limits, which we do not have access to.

How do I withdraw using INSTADEBIT?

To withdraw funds to your INSTADEBIT account, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:
    Web Cashier
  2. Select the 'Withdraw' tab.
  3. Enter your withdrawal amount and hit the green arrow to proceed.
  4. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll see:
    • The amount and the payment methods for each automatic withdrawal.
    • The payment methods that are available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  5. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, select INSTADEBIT.
  6. Check if your account details are correct and submit your request.

Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, please allow us up to 72 hours to process your request.

Be aware that, according to our Withdrawal Policy, withdrawals will automatically be credited back to any methods used to make deposits in the last 12 months. The pending withdrawals are always credited in the following order before being credited back to your INSTADEBIT account.

  1. CFT eligible* VISA cards
  2. NETELLER and Skrill

*CFT (Credit Funds Transfer) eligible: cards that allow incoming credits.

Why can't I deposit?

These are some possible reasons why your INSTADEBIT transaction may be declined:

  • Your INSTADEBIT account debit process wasn't completed correctly. Please try again.
  • You have insufficient funds. Please keep in mind that INSTADEBIT may apply fees.
  • Your information (full name, address, etc.) does not match your bank account. Confirm your registered personal details.
  • INSTADEBIT may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.
