Using MuchBetter to deposit and withdraw

MuchBetter is an e-wallet that lets you link your payment card, among other payment methods, to your mobile phone number. So you can make deposits in real-time and start playing straight away. And, you can request withdrawals to your MuchBetter e-wallet too.

Two things to keep in mind before you open a MuchBetter account:

  • Only one MuchBetter account can be registered to a user account.
  • Once you use a MuchBetter account with us, it cannot be shared with other players.

How do I deposit with MuchBetter?

To request a MuchBetter deposit, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your user account and go to the Cashier. If you're using our website or our mobile app:
    Press here
  2. Select the 'MuchBetter' logo.
  3. Choose your preferred currency.
  4. Pick one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  5. Add your bonus code (if available) and press the green arrow.
  6. Enter your mobile number (your country code will be pre-populated).
  7. Choose the green arrow to submit your transaction.
  8. Complete your transaction via your MuchBetter mobile app.

We'll credit the funds to your account as soon as MuchBetter confirms the transaction was successful.

How do I withdraw with MuchBetter?

To request a withdrawal via MuchBetter, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your account. If you're using our website or our mobile app:
    Press here
  2. Go to the Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter your withdrawal amount and select the green arrow.
  5. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you will be informed of:
    • The amount.
    • The method and account it will be sent to.
    • Any remaining amount after the automatic withdrawals.
  6. If you don't have any pending automatic withdrawals, simply choose MuchBetter from the available options.
  7. Enter the mobile number linked to your MuchBetter account and select the green arrow to submit your request.

If you don't have a MuchBetter account yet, you can create one from our Cashier window.

The funds should be credited to your MuchBetter account right away, as long as it's been fully validated. Otherwise, your withdrawal will remain in a pending status with MuchBetter until you complete the validation of your MuchBetter account.

I'm trying to use MuchBetter, but I can't. Why?

Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed MuchBetter transaction:

  • The information entered was incorrect. If so, double-check your information and try again.
  • Insufficient funds in your MuchBetter account. Try again, ensuring there are enough funds to cover the transaction.
  • Invalid mobile phone number. If this is the case, confirm the phone number you're using with MuchBetter matches the registered country in your user account.
  • The withdrawal amount is below the minimum. The minimum amount you can withdraw to MuchBetter is USD 1 or equivalent. Request a new withdrawal for the equivalent of USD 1 or more.
