Depositing and withdrawing using PIX

PIX is a system created by the Brazilian Central Bank that allows all wallets that use QR Codes or PIX keys to be interoperable. This means that transfers and payments will be allowed from one e-wallet to another in real-time.

How do I deposit with PIX?

To deposit with PIX, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Cashier.
  2. Select the 'Deposit' tab.
  3. Select one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field in BRL.
  4. Enter the 'Deposit Bonus' code if you have one.
  5. Select the ‘Transferência Bancária’ logo and hit the green arrow.
  6. You’ll be redirected to the processor’s page.
  7. Enter your CPF and select 'PIX'.
  8. You'll see on your screen a QR code and a PIX key. Copy one of them and then access your bank's page. Once you're there, complete the payment using the copied QR code or the PIX key.
  9. You’ll then be redirected to the Cashier.

When depositing with PIX, keep in mind:

  • You must deposit the exact amount you requested in the Cashier (to the cent of Brazilian Real).
  • The QR code and PIX key will expire 3 hours from the request time.
  • We don't charge any fees for PIX deposits.
  • Funds are transferred in real-time from your account.

Can I withdraw funds using PIX?

If your bank is one of the several Brazilian banks connected to the PIX network, you can withdraw using PIX.

To request a withdrawal, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

  2. Enter your withdrawal amount and select the 'Withdraw' button.
  3. In the next screen, you'll see if you have any pending automatic withdrawals. You'll also see the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  4. If there are no pending automatic withdrawals, select 'Direct Bank Transfer' from the available options.
  5. If you used this method in the last 12 months, you'll see your banking details pre-populated. If not, enter the requested details.
  6. Confirm all details are correct to avoid any delays or return fees.
  7. Submit your request.

We’ll process your request within 72 hours. Once processed, the funds will reach your bank account instantly if your bank supports PIX. If not, you'll receive your funds by normal bank transfer within 2 to 3 working days.
