Real money services in the US

US players can enjoy our real money services when physically located in the following states:

• New Jersey
• Pennsylvania
• Michigan

When not in one of those states, US players can enjoy our Play Money games instead (except in the state of Washington).

If you’re a citizen of another country, you can’t use our real money services while visiting the United States or a related territory. We'll close your account and seize any funds if you circumvent these restrictions.

What happens to the funds on my previous account?

If you had a real money account with us before April 15, 2011, here's how to claim your funds:

• If you had a Stars account: Contact us and request to claim your funds. We'll then withdraw your funds to your preferred payment method.
• If you had a Full Tilt account: Contact the US Department of Justice and request to claim your funds. We can't give any information on previous deposits, withdrawals or comment on the process or your claim. The US Department of Justice administrates the remission process and has access to your Full Tilt account balance.
