Real money services in the US are not available

In line with the United States Department of Justice requirements, we don’t offer real money services in the United States of America and USA territories, excluding the following states:

  • New Jersey
  • Pennsylvania
  • Colorado
  • Michigan

However, US players (excluding the state of Washington residents) can enjoy our Play Money games instead.

We want to offer our services to US players outside these states, and we encourage regulators to consider similar license agreements for their jurisdictions. Whenever we have good news, we'll share it on our website.

Our agreement with the United States Government doesn’t affect our operations in other countries. However, if you’re a citizen of another country, you can’t use our real money services while visiting the United States or a related territory. We don’t allow any attempt to circumvent these automated restrictions. In such cases, the player's account will be closed, and the funds within seized.

What happens to the funds on my previous account?

Account balances (including deposits) of all our United States players are entirely safe. Here's how to claim your funds:

  • If you had a Stars Account: Contact us and request to claim your funds. We'll then start the process to withdraw and send them to your preferred payment method.
  • If you had a Full Tilt account: Contact the US Department of Justice and request to claim your funds. Unfortunately, we cannot give any information on previous deposits, withdrawals, or comment on the process or your claim. The US Department of Justice administrates the remission process and has access to your Full Tilt account balance.
