DA GENERALS SON (5) looks a smart colt on debut for the David Harrison barn. He was brilliant in his recent trial, sitting just off the leaders before putting them away with ease. Maps for a lovely run in transit and he can make an immediate impact. HOLD MY WINE (1) was strong on debut when favourite before disappointing prior to the break. His recent trial coming into this was solid though and he has good early speed. Can resume in good order and put himself in the finish. BUNDABERG (3) pulled away to win a 400m heat at Lark Hill very impressively in the lead up to this and CJP remains in the saddle from that outing. Wouldn't surprise to see him back from the draw, but he looks a nice horse in the making and it wouldn't surprise to see him come out on top. GIRLS ON FIRE (9) stuck on well on debut and now gets Chris Parnham in the saddle. Can be thereabouts once again. JUST WALTER JOHN (6) was good beating Hold My Wine in a recent trial and won't be far away.
