WELL HELD (1) is a very progressive gelding who continued his strong run of form with an easy all-the-way win at Townsville a fortnight ago over 1609m. He has won his only start on this track which is a further advantage and with only half a kilo more to carry this time, he should be too good again. EYES ARE LION (8) was ridden on the pace last start and after being headed he went around to challenge again which was probably his undoing. He has a senior hoop back in the saddle this time and with a cosy run likely from the pole position, he can figure in the top 3 this time. Don't risk him. SUNSHINYDAY (4) ran on too late over 1100m at Mackay last start and is ready to step up in trip after having 3 runs back from a spell. She has a home track advantage and is well worth including in all combinations this time. FIND MY CALM (5) ran on late over 1200m at Atherton last start and the extra 270 will suit her. She drops 5.5kg from that effort and won't be far away again.

Before that raced on the speed and boxed on steadily 3rd of 7 at Rockhampton Bm68 on December 31 over 1500m, on a slow track; 1.5 len behind General Wolffe with 55.5kg at $4.80. Big chance again.
