The G1 Turnbull Stakes. VIA SISTINA (4) goes on top. She was electric first up to win the Winx over 1400m off a slow tempo and then got thrown into a deteriorating track with Pride Of Jenni leading. If you forgive that and look at her 2000m form, she's a great bet. PLACE DU CARROUSEL (12) is the other mare with elite 2000m form. She was very heavily backed to win the G1 Underwood fresh and was plain on face value but will come on plenty from that and gets in nicely with 55kg. BUCKAROO (3) has come back a new horse as a gelding. He was dominant in the Underwood and is impossible to knock here. ELIYASS (6) faces his toughest test yet but is unbeaten (7/7) at 2000m and progressive. YOUNG WERTHER (10) has gone close in this race two year's running and has claims.
