KAI MONDO (4) has been in good form this year and likes to race close to the pace. He can make full use of his good draw, and with the benefit of a 3kg claim, he will be among the hardest to beat. OVERIMPATIENT (3) needed his fresh up run after getting worked up before the start on this track 11 days ago. He still managed to finish third that day, and with the natural improvement that is expected second up, he should be right in the finish this time. MISHANI SUNSET (8) ran her best race yet at the end of her last campaign when finishing runner-up as an odds-on favourite. She has changed stables since then and has the right draw to figure in the top 3. Use the market as your best guide. DETERMINATION (1) has recently joined the Ricky Vale stable, who normally gets quick results with imports to his yard. This gelding will probably want more ground but can cope with a wet track and should be respected, especially if there is any money for him. SHEEZA FLING (9) each way value.
