ACTIVE DUTY (4) has placed in his past couple, third at Hamilton over 1200m two back before a sharp jump up to this route when just finding one narrowly better. He should be fitter for that run and gets an ideal chance to break through. STORM WATCH (3) resumes. He won narrowly on debut here before going to town and dropping right out in a small field. No surprise to see him return in better form at a suitable trip. REDEVANCE (6) ran well fresh at Wangaratta over 1400m, finding the line strongly from back in the field to grab fourth. Up in trip looks ideal, he'll be charging late. WEST CLIFF (7) has been largely racing well of late and is an each way chance. FLYING BASIL (1) will find this easier than last start.
