On October 13, 2020, the Full Tilt.EU desktop and mobile applications will no longer be available. However, all your account information, preferences, balances, tickets and bonuses will remain available on the PokerStars.EU software.
Our commitment to improving PokerStars software and the PokerStars customer experience in recent years has limited the amount of focus and resources we could apply to the evolution of Full Tilt. We feel it is time to consolidate brands so that everyone has access to the newest features and most innovative games which are available exclusively on PokerStars.
All players who sign up on Full Tilt are given a Stars Account. This universal player account can be used to access all Stars Group brands that are available in your location, not just Full Tilt. So, your existing Full Tilt player account already works at PokerStars, and you can log in there with your Full Tilt username and password. When you do, all of your Full Tilt account info, settings, preferences, balances and bonuses will be displayed to you at PokerStars.
All balances currently available on your Full Tilt account are also available on PokerStars. This includes balances in multiple currencies, T-money and tickets, as well as any Casino or Poker bonuses. Deposits and withdrawals are available on PokerStars using all the payment methods you have configured or previously used on Full Tilt.
All games offered at Full Tilt are available at PokerStars, and any tournament registrations you have at Full Tilt will be listed in My Tournaments when you log in to PokerStars. Plus, as many new game formats have not been released to Full Tilt, PokerStars offers more games. These include Spin & Go Max, Tempest and Grand Tour.
Simply download the PokerStars mobile app or desktop software and log in with your existing Full Tilt username and password. Then start using PokerStars just as you did with Full Tilt, but now you will enjoy access to new games and features that are exclusive to PokerStars.
You can make the switch to PokerStars at any time, even before the Full Tilt software is taken offline on October 13. After then, you won’t have access to any of your account balances, bonuses, or tournament registrations unless you log in to PokerStars (using your Full Tilt username and password).
