You can only log in to your account on one device at a time. If you try to log in to a second device or platform, i.e., our website, you’ll see a notification advising that you’re already logged in.
For our mobile app or website, log out once your session is over:

Desktop software (Windows or Mac)
Our desktop software no longer has a logout option. Close the software, and the logout process automatically takes place.
