Verdict
Hard to go past OH TOO GOOD (8) who will no doubt anchor a few multis late in the day. She won very well first up at Geelong before enduring a very tough run in the Country Final at Flemington, arguably unlucky not to win the race on protest. This is easier and she rates well clear of her rivals while also having more upside. MATHLETIC (4) could be the danger at big odds. He didn't fire in his first Australian campaign but resumed with a solid run fresh at Flemington when fifth. He can be fitter now and can at least run in the first few. RUSSIAN METEOR (1) got the job done fresh at Caulfield before struggling last time when hard in the market at Sale. He can bounce back. BOLTSAVER (5) was just behind Russian Meteor two back while IGOTCHA (9) is consistent.
