IN EVIDENCE (1) was a very good 3-year-old last season and is resuming from a spell at a far easier level with 3 trials under his belt already this season. In a positive move, the blinkers go on for the first time fresh up and if he is in touch before the turn, he can power past his rivals. Watch for him late. SCANTOON (6) is a handy veteran resuming from a spell for a new trainer. He won a recent Townsville trial very comfortably and will be ready to run a big race fresh up, especially if there is some cut in the track. BARNEY RABBLE (3) is as honest as they come and won his last start by 2 lengths at a recent Thangool picnic meeting. He will still be on the up with his fitness and should be right in the finish again. RICH DIVINITY (7) has changed stables after not coming up in 5 starts in Victoria last prep. A change of scenery could be just what he needs and from the pole position he can give this a shake. Use the market as your guide.
