There can be few poker events more eagerly anticipated than the European Poker Tour’s first trip to Paris.

It has been eight long years since the EPT was last in France, and it has never previously been to the capital. But from 15 to 26, the biggest and best poker tour in the continent finally makes it to the most vibrant city.

It will be an event to remember both on the tables and off.

THE FULL PLAYER EXPERIENCE

As ever, the EPT offers ample opportunity for players and their guests to fill their diaries with numerous Paris activities. These are almost always free to join, and give guests the chance to explore the most iconic sights in the city and sample its unique flavour.

In Paris, this means sightseeing trips via bus and hot air balloon, as well as a visit to the top of the Eiffel Tower.

There’s also a wine and cheese tasting event, plus a party at the Paris’ exclusive Fouquets venue, with a live band and Moulin Rouge dancers.

Please read on for full details.

EPT players have got used to answering a feedback questionnaire, spinning the wheel and landing themselves some additional PokerStars merchandise. But there are some rather tasty additional prizes on offer to wheel spinners in Paris.

PokerStars has snagged 10 pairs of tickets to PSG v Lille in La Liga at the Stade de France, which will go to 10 lucky “high prize” winners on the wheel. The tickets come with complimentary bus transportation to and from the stadium.

In case you didn’t know, PSG is the team that Neymar Jr plays for — when he’s not at the PokerStars tables.

During the match itself, players spinning the wheel will have a chance to win some incredible PokerStars brander sports goodies, including a pair of boots signed by Neymar Jr himself.
