The eyes of the world might be on the sporting action in Paris, but the French capital isn’t the only go-to destination for top tier entertainment right now.

Like all athletic disciplines, poker requires training to rise to the top of the game. And that’s why we’re running WCOOP Boot Camp from August 4-19, so players can put their skills to the test before the big one – the World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP).

And thanks to the PokerStars Games, you can secure tickets to play at the ultimate poker warm-up.

Running from July 22-August 11, the aim of PokerStars Games is to collect as many Chips as you can in your weekly puzzle. The more Chips you collect, the better likelihood you have of revealing a higher value WCOOP Boot Camp ticket at the end of the week.

Here’s how it works:

• Opt-in via your Challenges Window – you only need to do this once throughout the duration of the offer.
• Play your favorite games to hit your daily rake target. Each time you do so, you’ll get a Chest containing a Chip which completes a piece of your puzzle.
• Collect a total of two Chips and you’ll receive a locked Bronze Chest.
• Collect a total of three Chips and you’ll receive a locked Silver Chest.
• Collect a total of five Chips and you’ll receive a locked Gold Chest.
• Your highest value Chest will be unlocked at the end of the week, revealing your WCOOP Boot Camp ticket. You can only open one Chest each week.

Tackle this challenge each week and you could win up to three WCOOP Boot Camp tickets.

What is being offered 

PokerStars Games is a set of daily poker challenges, presented as a puzzle consisting of 5 pieces. By completing the daily challenges, players collect poker chips to unlock Chests that contain rewards in form of WCOOP Boot Camp tickets.

When is the offer being conducted 

This offer runs weekly from 08:00 ET on July 22 until 23:59 ET on August 11.

Each daily challenge will start at 00:00 ET and end at 23:59 ET, except the daily challenge on the first day of the offer, which will start at 08:00 ET and end at 23:59 ET. 

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify 

The offer is only available to PokerStars Rewards members that reach no higher than Bronze Chest level. It is strictly limited to one per person/household/IP address per day. Players who have had restrictions placed on their account during the offer period may not be eligible to participate.

To participate in the offer and have their progress measured, players must opt-in to the PokerStars Games challenges in their Challenges Window and then complete daily poker challenges by playing real money poker games, as specified below. Only one initial opt-in is required for the duration of the offer. Any real money games played prior to opting-in will not count towards progress. 

By completing each daily challenge players will receive a Chest containing a poker chip (“Chip Chest”) and collect a puzzle piece. Players will need to collect a certain number of poker chips during a weekly period to receive and unlock a Chest containing a reward (“Reward Chest(s)”):

• To unlock the Bronze Chest, players need to collect 2 chips.
• To unlock the Silver Chest, players need to collect 3 chips.
• To unlock the Gold Chest, players need to collect 5 chips.

Players can only complete each daily challenge once and unlock maximum one Reward Chest each week, for a total of up to maximum three Reward Chests during the offer period.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game 

Full details about wagering requirements for each daily challenge can be found in the Challenges Window.

Only rake generated from playing real money games with cash balance counts towards daily challenge completion. All-in Cashout fees and tournament re-entries do not count.

Claiming and redeeming the offer 

Upon completing a daily challenge, players will receive a Chip Chest and complete one puzzle piece.

At the end of each weekly period, players will unlock a Reward Chest, based on the number of poker chips they have collected that weekly period, and will be able to open it and claim a reward. Unlocked Reward Chests expire on August 18 at 23:59 ET if not opened. Once the Reward Chests are opened, rewards will be added to the player's Stars Account immediately and will be available for the player to use.

Rewards awarded as part of this offer are in the form of tournament tickets. Full details about rewards can be found in the Challenges Window.

WCOOP Boot Camp tickets can be used to register and play WCOOP Boot Camp tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets. 

Players can check any tournament tickets they have, alongside information on expiry dates and more by going to ‘My Rewards’ menu and selecting ‘Tournament Tickets’.

All tickets expire on August 19 at 23:59 ET. They will hold no value once expired and will not be compensated. 

What else do you need to know 

Players can track their progress towards completion of the puzzle, both in terms of the generated rake and number of collected poker chips, in their Challenges Window. 

The puzzle will reset each Monday at 00:00 ET. Challenge extensions are not allowed. Any poker chips collected during a weekly period that did not result in unlocking a Reward Chest will be lost after that weekly period has ended.
