RESERVE BANK (11) made waves with a dominant debut win at Bendigo prior to a spell, scoring by 5.5 lengths. He was in the market against Growing Empire at Flemington last week but takes the softer option here and should be rewarded for it. HONOR GALORE (4) has been good in two runs back from a spell, third on resumption at Sandown Lakeside before a solid fourth in fast time behind Pharari. That looks good form. GEMINGA (3) resumes. She won her first two runs last time preparation in SA and can measure up here. MR ASSERTIVE (6) resumes. He's a progressive type who was far too good at Seymour before a spell. Should run well. GOODES (5) has the talent.
