Worked hard from the outside gate when up in grade for a fading fifth behind Perfumist over 1500m at Rosehill in BM78 class at latest. Goes well this track and trip and maps to get the gun run with the 3kg claim. DANE ON TOUR (8) Victorian-trained mare who saves her best for this distance range. Away slowly from the low draw and drifted back when an unlucky seventh over 1600m at Moonee Valley. Anywhere near her best would be winning this. Keep safe. BRIGHT RED (2) frustrating mare who failed narrowly with the 59kg when a narrow second over 1550m here at latest. J Mac rides tonight and gets a similar set up from the barrier. LITTLE BAIA (5) third-up lost the rider over this track and trip on January 31. Gets the services of Roper's 3kg claim and no surprise to see her return to form.
