COOL FIZZ (5) has been disappointing since a fine first-up effort three runs ago. Boasts a strong top three strike rate at this distance and drops a little in class today so she can bounce back to form. PARANA RIVER (14) finally won her maiden at start eleven last time out, closing hard to just prevail over this trip in a Walcha Super Maiden. Looks good enough to cope with this better opposition. LOVE RAT (12) has been drawing poor gates and consequently settling back in his races of late. Finding the line well so his form is better than it looks. Can race closer from the inside gate this time and poses a genuine threat. VOCATION (15) dropped out in a similar race here last start when coming off a six-week let-up. Fitter and can improve.
