TURNED DOWN (3) switched barns and brought strong form to resumption winning a Kembla Grange 64 from the front. He led again following in a Rosehill 72 but couldn't finish it off over 1300m. He rates best and will be fitter again. May need longer now and that's the little niggle. DEVINE MISS (2) has been busting to win at Canberra and two back was narrowly beaten in Open grade. She has a low barrier and winning rider Cahill replaces the apprentice. That's a decent push for her chances. SMART AND DAPPER (4) has been knocking on the door in the country this grade and the on-pacer maps well. Peaks and gets another chance. CHARLEMAGNE (6) is much better than the form line suggests and has trialled sharply at Rosehill since last seen.
