The wide draw likely means he gets a long way back but fancy he may have more ability than most of these. NEW YORK LUSTRE (13) will be very popular. She's a lightly raced five-year-old mare who has won both starts this time in, ultimately proving too strong down the straight at Flemington last time. She is a winner at 1200m, albeit in a Seymour maiden, and should be very hard to catch. CARBONADOS (3) resumes. He races well fresh and has the ability to win this on his day. HOLY RACKET (1) is off a short spell but maps idealy and ca give a sight. LAYERUPONLAYER (7) was just fair last time but is still lightly raced and can bounce back.
