SMART LEGEND (4) won this track and trip two back, before dropping in distance when a game second to Magnatear over 1600m at Randwick. Winning rider back on and maps to get the gun run. STING IN THE TAIL (12) lightly raced mare starting to put it all together. Circled the field when a smart neck winner over the 1900m here at her second run back. Will prove hard to hold out again with J Mac aboard. KIRIKAN (5) frustrating gelding with the lone victory at this track and trip. Gets weight relief with the claim and no excuses from the draw.
