LIL' BIT VAIG (9) showed pace but dropped right out last start over 1350m at the Beaumont track. Tongue tie goes back on which might be significant. Should control things up front and is a big chance to turn her form around. MYSTIC WAY (11) caught the eye first-up over 1000m at Walcha, closing in good style to grab third. Strips fitter and draws a far better gate. Should camp just off the lead and will be tough to hold out. RAINBOW LASS (6) has placed twice from three runs this prep, most recently when beaten under a length over 1006m here. Very fit filly who maps nicely and poses a genuine threat. CLUSTER'S GENERAL (5) has been easily accounted for in his two runs this time in work but will find this a shade easier. STAVRITZEL (2) wasn't far away here last start and from a better gate can feature in the finish.
