The Kalgoorlie Cup for 2024 and STARRY HEIGHTS (2) deserves to go on top. He's out to this trip for the first time, but he picked up a number of these rivals last start and spat them out, winning by 3.9L running away. Pike remains in the saddle and he is clearly the one to beat. IOWA (5) settle further back than anticipated in the Boulder Cup after being strong from the front earlier this campaign. The trip is no worries for him and if he can dictate from the front, that looks his best chance of winning. Parnham sticking is a big tick and he appears he main danger. STOP DREAMING (7) brings some different form into this as he scored by 0.3L last start at Belmont. Form out of that race has stood up and he may be the knockout chance at the bottom of the weights. ANOTHER CHINO (3) has been ticking along nicely and is worth including in exotics. CAMORRA (1) showed signs of life last start and the trip won't be an issue for him. Not out of this.
