MUNHAMEK (2) is a very game veteran who is still holding his own in Group Class in Melbourne and was fourth in the G3 JRA Plate at Caulfield 18 days ago. He is always competitive at the mile and from a good draw, he can make a winning Tasmanian debut. THE INEVITABLE (1) was a beaten favourite in the Thomas Lyons Stakes at Hobart 17 days ago after having to make a long run from well back when they turned for home. He did very well to finish third and should settle a lot closer this time over a mile, especially after drawing in the pole position. He loves it here and can make it a battle of the 9-year-olds with the top pick. Follow your money. DURAZZO (6) has rushed through the grades and was runner-up in the same Stakes race as the second-pick last time out. He tries a mile for the first time and with 4 wins from only 5 starts on this track, he will be hard to beat again. FIRST ACCUSED (3) beat most of these last time out and remains on the same weight.
