DECLARED (5) is yet to strike through this prep but put the writing on the wall here last start when claimed late. Has the ratings and should be hitting his straps. Great chance to break a long run of outs. BAKEEL (1) is an interesting runner. Is a Singapore import having his first start for the Bain & Taylor partnership. Reunites with Nunes who has a strong aboard and is 2x G2 placed. DANCING STORM (4) returns and is a noted fresh performer, narrowly missing here fresh last campaign when leading them up. Takes benefit from a soft trial here in readiness and is expected to feature. NOUVEAU (8) rattled home to get the verdict last start at Wangaratta. Tougher this time but gets in well at the weights and is in form. Has to be included. Scored in most recent trial and holds plenty of intrigue. SHISUTA BO (6) is as consistent as they come and has to be included in exotics.
