LINDERMANN (1) impressed at both runs back and best form is over this trip. Sat on the good tempo when a narrow third to Via Sistina over 1600m in the G1 Verry Elleegant (Chipping Norton) Stakes at Randwick. Has a fitness edge over most of these and Rawiller sticks. Price looks skinny and no surprise to see him drift a little. ARAPAHO (2) tough stayer who gets better with age. Turned in two monster runs this prep and reunites with Rachel King who won on him last November. Will hold a forward position again after running a close fifth over 1600m in the G1 Verry Elleegant. Looms as the main danger. KINESIOLOGY (6) should be near his best third-up. Lone win came over the 2000m and his recent third in the Parramatta Cup had merit. Good enough to play a leading role. LAND LEGEND (4) chipped away late on resumption when seventh over 1600m in the G1 Verry Elleegant. J Mac on and has been specked in betting. Keep safe. VAUBAN (5) in new yard and both trials have been sharp. Must respect.
