Has improved at each run this prep and like the way she gripped on when third over 1400m at Randwick in the G1 Surround Stakes. No excuses today. DECLICHY BOULEVARD (12) another from the Waller yard with her hoof on the till. Warmed up late when sixth in Surround after making up many lengths late. Placed in the Manifold last spring and expected to go close. MORE TERRITORIES (11) talented filly who won well on resumption, before proving no match for Lady Shenandoah when eighth in the Surround. Back a level today and this has always looked her right trip. REAL CLASS (10) former NZ filly resuming for the Waller yard. Slick winner of the G2 Patrick Hogan over 2000m at Ellerslie on January 1. Looked sharp in a recent 1200m trial and must be respected. WONDER BOY (1) Victorian gelding who recorded good closing splits when third over 1400m at Flemington first-up. Stays in the calculations.
