Tricky race. EIGHT GORILLAS (7) broke through for a narrow maiden win at Mornington when last seen, finding the line to get up by a nose over 1500m. Finds a few exposed types here who have more than hit their mark and she's one who can improve again. POWERFUL TORQUE (1) has struggled in two runs since a fresh maiden win at Sale. He comes back in grade to a BM58 here and should be harder to hold out. HELLO MARY (8) ran well in a BM64 at Moe last time out when third. That was an improved effort on her prior form and if she can repeat it she should be in the finish. TRES BELLE (10) was well beaten at Horsham last time but had been solid prior and can bounce back. TARAKASH (9) is going okay and in the mix.
