RIVER RIBBLE (6) did not run on as expected when making his Queensland debut nearly 2 weeks ago and did not help himself by making a slow start. He is better than that and from the pole position, he can improve quickly. Each-way. LION CLASS (4) is a very consistent gelding who is very competitive at this level. He was third in a tougher field last time out and will be among the hardest to beat here. ITALIAN DANCER (16) is a progressive gelding who is bred to improve with more racing and time. He would not mind some cut in the ground and has each-way claims here. BONJOUR RUPERT (15) was only beaten by a nose at Ipswich just over 8 weeks ago. Include in all multiples to be safe.
