DANERICH DAN (2) made a good return earlier this month when second at this track. That's now three minor placings and one win from just five starts at Yarra Valley so no reason to think he won't be around the mark once again. CLIMATE CHANGE (8) has been outclassed his past two but was a good second three back and was far from disgraced at Moonee Valley the start prior. Should measure up here. MATTEI (3) needs to lift on recent starts but there is talent there and gets the draw to give him the chance to return to form. SPORTS CHOICE (11) is faced with a different scenario to the last-start win over Danerich Dan, but had run well the start prior too and can again figure.
